Every record in AwardGraph originates from an official public procurement publication. This page lists our sources, the exact reuse terms, what we do to the data, and how to request a correction.
Tenders Electronic Daily (TED)
Contains public procurement notices from Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, © European Union, 1998–2026 (https://ted.europa.eu), reused pursuant to Commission Decision 2011/833/EU of 12 December 2011 on the reuse of Commission documents and the TED legal notice. AwardGraph has extracted, filtered (healthcare CPV scope), and normalized the notice data; entity names, values, and dates may have been transformed, and errors may exist. Only the electronically signed notices published in the OJ S are authentic. AwardGraph is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by the European Union or the Publications Office.
Reuse terms: Commission Decision 2011/833/EU · TED legal notice.
What we do to the data
- Extraction. We retrieve contract award notices from the TED Search API (eForms structured data).
- Healthcare filter. We keep only notices within our healthcare CPV scope (medical equipment and imaging, medical software such as EHR/HIS, laboratory and diagnostics, health services, and healthcare-related IT services).
- Normalization. We map notices to a uniform award model: buyer, vendor(s), country, CPV category, value, publication and contract dates. Values are shown in EUR only when the source reports EUR (no currency conversion); non-EUR values are omitted rather than converted.
- Deduplication. We deduplicate notices by publication number and merge buyer/vendor name variants into single entity profiles.
Accuracy and freshness
The pipeline is automated, and transformations can introduce errors: entity names, values and dates may differ from the source notice, and multi-lot notices are currently summarised as a single award. The data is provided for information purposes only — only the electronically signed notices published in the OJ S are authentic. Verify any record against ted.europa.eu before relying on it. New TED notices are ingested on a daily schedule.
Corrections
If you believe a record is wrong — a misattributed award, a wrong value or date, a misspelled name — write to data@awardgraph.com with a link to the record and to the official source notice. Our process:
- we acknowledge your report within 5 business days;
- the record is flagged as disputed while we investigate;
- we re-verify the record against the official source notice;
- if the error is ours, we fix it; if the error exists in the official publication itself, we annotate the record and refer you to the originating authority, which alone can rectify the official record.
For corrections that concern your personal data, see also the Privacy policy (Section C).
PLACSP (Spain) — planned
Support for Spain's Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público (PLACSP) is planned. When it launches, this page will be updated with the corresponding source description, reuse terms and attribution before any PLACSP-derived data is published.
