Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the AwardGraph platform.

Subscriptions are per organization and per seat as defined by the selected plan. Credentials must not be shared outside the subscribing organization.

Data is aggregated from public procurement sources and provided for information purposes. We work to keep it accurate and current, but make no warranty of completeness; official registers remain the authoritative source.

Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
